What to Expect as a New Student

As a new student at New America College, you will find a friendly and supportive place where people help you succeed. Our experienced teachers and staff are here to support you—whether you are getting used to life in the U.S. or working to improve your English.

Intensive English classes (18 hours per week)
Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced classes (Levels 1 - 6)
TOEFL Preparation, University Preparation, Business English, American Culture & Conversation
Experienced and qualified teachers
Free conversation classes every week

University Partnerships

Don’t want to take the TOEFL? The Denver-area colleges and universities below, and most community colleges in Colorado, will accept students who finish our Level 6 class without a TOEFL score.*

*You must still meet other admission requirements.
